Summer Solstice Day or Overnight Retreat: Stand In Your Light

Join us for a day or overnight retreat! Take a journey, participate in ceremony with community, heal in nature, create, grow, and stand in your light.
10:00-10:30am Opening Ceremony
Meet your fellow retreat goers and healing facilitators for the day. Jenny will provide an overview of the day and set intentions, creating a sacred space for all to learn, explore, and heal on the soul level. Bring an open mind and allow yourself to journey within through the planned experiences and activities. Sound clearing and sacred smoke may be used in this ceremony.
*Guests will receive a small journal for reflecting/recording their experiences throughout the day along with optional journal prompts.
10:30-12:00pm Stand in Your Light
Guests will be empowered to stand in their light and see themselves on the soul level. Connect with the solstice energy that infuses our lives with insight, inspiration, sacred strength, and wisdom. Explore themes of light, joy, and strength. Learn how to utilize the summer solstice to light your passions on fire and to continue to nurture your dreams so they continue to manifest. Evaluate if you are still aligned with your goals, reinvigorate them, and make any necessary changes. Identify things that you need to continue to let burn away for new energy to come in. Create a soul plan on how you will stand in your light this season.
12:00-1:00pm Gourmet lunch & Alchemy Speakeasy (Provided Onsite)
Enjoy a gourmet lunch at the Alchemy Speakeasy! Get to know the group, walk the forest paths, sit by the pool, or relax indoors.
1:00-2:15pm Water Lotus Activity
Water is a crucial element of summer growth. The lotus flower symbolizes purity, enlightenment, and rebirth. Its ability to bloom from muddy water and rise above the surface represents overcoming adversity and reaching spiritual clarity. It symbolizes the awakening of the soul to its true potential. The blossoms serve as a metaphor for the journey of the soul. Learn how to plant and grow a water lotus. Learn how to utilize this powerful visual tool in your daily life to bring light in. Learn how the frequency of nature/plants, water, and crystals amplify the growth and energy of the flower. Take home a beautiful planter of water lotus flowers and watch them bloom and grow alongside of you.

2:15-3:15pm Blue Lotus Ceremony
The Blue Lotus Ceremony is a sacred ritual that serves as a powerful conduit, connecting individuals to higher realms of consciousness and facilitating profound healing and transformation. We will be serving Blue Lotus tea from Anima Mundi Apothecary, which supports emotional healing, opening the third eye chakra, and release. It has been known to help individuals process past traumas or emotional blockages that may be hindering their spiritual growth. The tea acts as an energetic cleanser, assisting in releasing stagnant emotions stored within the body. Take part in a guided visualization to increase intuition while enjoying the blue lotus tea. Guests will have the opportunity to share what they experienced in the ceremony. We will be doing group and individual oracle card pulls from the Sacred Forest Deck to build intuition and your connection to nature.
3:15-3:30pm Afternoon Break (Drinks and snacks will be available)
3:30-4:30pm Blue Lotus Sound Bath Journey with Amanda Kreutzer, Sound Practitioner
Continue the Blue Lotus ceremony by going deeper within during a Sound Bath Journey with Amanda. Amanda from Heart Centered Guidance will guide us into a deeper state of meditation with the power of intention matched with frequency. Relax and allow the sounds to release tension and restore balance within you. A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience that rejuvenates mind, body, and soul. During a Sound Bath, you will experience deep relaxation by allowing the vibrations to wave and wash over you.
The Sound Bath may be held outside in nature, weather dependent.
4:30-5:00pm Closing Ceremony of Light
Guests will return to the present after a day of learning and exploring their inner selves. Jenny will lead a closing ceremony to release old patterns, beliefs, or energy that no longer serve us. As we reflect on the day, guests are encouraged to share what they experienced throughout the day. We will close our sacred space, integrate the lessons of the day, and identify ways we can continue to stand in our light and utilize the solstice energy. Guests will be able to transfer this knowledge into their daily practices.

NEW Overnight Option (No additional fee)
I would like to offer overnight retreats in the future so people can further integrate their experiences.
This is a good opportunity to get feedback from anyone who would like to continue the journey and stay the night. The overnight accommodations would be included in your ticket if you are willing to complete a survey with feedback on the retreat itself, overnights, activities, and what would make it even better. We have 2 globe tents with 2 twin beds in each. Indoors, we have 2 queen bed options, 4 twin bed options, and 2 queen air mattress options. If you would like to stay with someone else in the group please let me know.
Overnight Activities:
5:00-6:30pm Free time
Journal, swimming in heated pool, hot tub, walk the meditation trails, outdoor games, or spend time in the gazebo.
7:00-8:00pm Dinner in the Speakeasy
Bring a dish to share for dinner. We will have snacks/various drinks onsite as well.
8:00-9:00pm Cacao ceremony & Bonfire (weather dependent)
