Energy Healing Services
I began practicing energy healing to manage my chronic pain and hope to share these techniques with you. I am a trained energy healer in several modalities; Usui Reiki, Daoist Stone/Crystal Medicine, sensory regulation, guided meditation, and combine several of these methods into customized soul care. When we meet I will be able to recommend the methods that best align with your healing path and create a soul care plan.
Please note for all energy/crystal healing sessions in the 1st session we will spend an 15 minutes discussing your individualized needs.

Reiki Energy Healing Session 60 Minutes
Reiki energy healing sessions use gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body, clear energy blocks, to reduce stress and promote healing.

This intuitively guided session uses the high vibrational healing frequencies of crystals along with the grounding forces of Reiki.

Crystal / Stone Medicine
I am trained in Daoist stone medicine and use crystal healing techniques daily. Vibrational medicine refers to the belief that crystal healing alters the vibration of the body’s molecules to match the vibrational energy of whatever crystal is being used. Crystals are intuitively chosen to help increase frequency, improve overall functioning, move energy to where it’s most needed and to enhance the body’s natural healing process.
Crystals can be placed directly on the body, in a complete grid around the body, a few may be placed in the aura around your body, or in a holographic diagram. A combination of all the above may also be used.
Sessions are in person or distance healing via holographic representation.
