Soul Activation: A Journey Within (Day Retreat)
Opening Ceremony (10-10:30am)
Welcome to Soul Activation: A Journey Within! Meet your fellow travelers and healing facilitators (Serenity Forest and Twin Essence) for the day. Facilitators will provide an overview of the day and set intentions, creating a sacred space for all to learn, explore, and heal on the soul level. Bring an open mind and allow yourself to journey within through the planned experiences and activities.
*Travelers will receive a small journal for reflecting/recording their experiences throughout the day.
Intuition and Energy (10:30-12pm) Jenny Wagner
In this workshop, take a journey with Jenny from Serenity Forest to learn how to use your intuition to connect with the energy within yourself and around you. Learn how to identify, amplify, and utilize your intuition. Learn how to attune your energy to your environment to connect with nature, animals, and spirit. Jenny will guide you through practices to tap into your biofield and use your sensory system for energy regulation. This workshop teaches travelers skills in how to trust, shift into a higher vibration, and let go of limiting beliefs for soul healing! *First Drawing.
Lunch (12-1pm) Provided onsite
Enjoy a gourmet lunch at the Alchemy Speakeasy! Travelers are welcome to mingle and check out the spiritual offerings from facilitators.
Intention Jars (1-2pm) Jenny Wagner
Create a beautiful intention jar to use as a physical representation of your goals; self-love, abundance, protection, positive energy, house blessing, etc. Learn how to create a bottle with items for their specific intention by combining crystals, herbs, flowers, colors, oils, and salts to create a beautiful piece of intentional art. This workshop will also teach how to use your energy to activate an intention jar to use in meditation, for manifestation, or to regulate energy. Learn how frequency and intention can change the energy in your space when you place it in the home, workplace, or carry it with you!
Unlocking Your Higher Self (2-3:30pm) Lacey and Marley Hellenbrand
In this workshop, take a journey inward and learn how to connect with your higher self. Twin Essence will teach travelers about the higher self and how yours works with you. They will guide you through a vision casting activity in which you will meet your higher self and learn what wisdom they have to share with you. Connecting to your higher self is beneficial for your healing and spiritual journey. It can help you with manifesting and so much more!
Closing Ceremony (3:30-4:30pm)
Travelers will return to the present after a day of learning and exploring their inner selves. Facilitators will lead a fire ceremony where travelers will release any unwanted patterns, beliefs, or energies. We will close our sacred space, integrate the lessons of the day, and release what no longer serves us from the heart space through the elements. Travelers will be empowered to see who they are on a soul level and encouraged to share their experiences with the group to complete the transition. * Final drawing of the day.
Optional Reflection (4:30-5:00pm)
Travelers can stay onsite to connect with others, journal, and/or reflect in nature on the Serenity Forest grounds if they feel called to.
Meet Your Soul Journey Facilitators
Jenny Wagner LCPC, Intuitive Healer, Animal Communicator, Evidential Medium (Serenity Forest)
Jenny is a licensed clinical professional counselor, animal communicator, evidential medium, and the owner of Serenity Forest and Alchemy Speakeasy. Jenny works with Spirit to help others align with their soul's true purpose and find their path through individual sessions, group events, workshops, and retreats. Jenny is a trained intuitive healer who uses energy healing, usui reiki, Daoist stone medicine, nature therapy, sensory regulation, art, and frequency to help clients heal on the soul level. Jenny has shared her evidential mediumship at both sacred and historical sites around the world and has been a speaker at several Paracons on animal communication. Jenny created Serenity Forest/to connect with a community of like-minded people, to provide a safe place for sacred healing to occur, to connect with nature, and to be a healing bridge for others.

Lacey is a psychic medium, paranormal investigator, energy healer, and a co-owner of Twin Essence. As a psychic medium, Lacey has shared spirit messages and guidance with individuals around the world! In addition to her psychic mediumship abilities and spiritual guidance, she provides energy work to facilitate healing for those she reads. Lacey connects to past, present, and future information as well as Spirit Guides, passed loved ones, and more. She helps others on their life journeys by identifying generational patterns, breaking self-limitations, finding one’s life path, understanding lessons from the Universe, and more.
Marley Hellenbrand SHRM-CP, Psychic Medium, Oracle Card Reader (Twin Essence)
Marley is a psychic medium, paranormal investigator, oracle card reader, and a co-owner of Twin Essence that works closely with nature spirits, including faeries, plants, and animals. Most often she receives downloads of information through premonitions and oracle cards. She works with Spirit and interdimensional beings to share messages and guidance, while facilitating healing for those she reads. She also uses art to share her connections and messages from the world of Spirit.
Through Twin Essence, Marley and Lacey use their spiritual gifts to help others on their journeys. Twin Essence provides healing through individual sessions, group events, workshops, retreats, and more. Despite being identical twins, their spiritual abilities work in different ways. Their differences provide balance when working with clients and help them achieve the highest vibrational result.

Please dress comfortably. Some activities will be outside (weather permitting), so please dress accordingly (i.e., sunglasses, hat/sun protection, etc.). Workshops may include sitting/laying for meditative activities and moving/walking around outside on uneven, uphill, or downhill terrains. There will be blankets and chairs on-site for use during activities. You may choose to bring a yoga mat or your own blanket for workshop activities too, but it is not required.
